A resort built away from the coast, which in the Algarve is the whole argument. Ombria stands on 150 hectares of inner-Algarve countryside eight kilometres north of Loulé and twenty from Faro, around an eighteen-hole par-71 course by Jorge Santana da Silva. The sixty-five Viceroy Residences are one- and two-bedroom apartments of 70 to 173 square metres spread across eighteen village buildings, interiors by Wimberly Interiors, from EUR 475,000, sold as branded freehold and managed by Viceroy when the owner is away.
Three products, one estate, and the register records only one of them here. Ombria also sells Oriole Village — 83 apartments, townhouses and villas by PROMONTORIO — and twelve Alcedo villas of three to seven bedrooms. Neither carries the Viceroy name, so neither is this record; the register notes them because a buyer comparing prices inside one estate will meet all three, and only one of them is branded.

Not for a buyer who wants the beach outside the door: this is the interior, and the beach club is a drive.
