A fractional resort, and the register holds it for the tenure rather than the name. Four Seasons Fairways stands on Avenida André Jordan inside the Quinta do Lago estate, letting and selling two- and three-bedroom apartments and villas under two schemes its own site names: a Classic Club Membership and fractional ownership. It joins the register's small set of fractionally sold addresses — Palazzo Tornabuoni by eighths, Kempinski Laje de Pedra by quarters, Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba by twelfths — and it is the first of them in Portugal.
On the name, the register says exactly what it found and no more. The resort's own site uses the words *Four Seasons* throughout and states no relationship of any kind to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, which the register holds twenty-four records for under the marque *Four Seasons Private Residences*. The register does not assert that there is no relationship: no party has said so, and an absence of claim is not a denial. What it records is that a buyer meeting this name in the Algarve is meeting a different thing from the name on the register's twenty-four other cards, and that nobody has published which thing it is. That is the question the record exists to raise.
