Złota 44

Śródmieście, Warsaw. Libeskind's eagle wing facing Stalin's Palace of Culture — 287 apartments, finished by its second developer.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

A curved tower set against Stalin's gift to Warsaw. Daniel Libeskind, born in the city, drew Złota 44 as an eagle's wing across from the Palace of Culture and Science, its form cut back along the sun's path so the neighbours keep their daylight. ORCO began it in 2007 and never finished it; Amstar and BBI Development bought the topped-out shell in 2014 and completed it in 2016, with interiors by Woods Bagot.

Almost every published figure differs. The apartments are 251 in the first announcement, 266 in the encyclopaedia and 287 in the architect's and agents' accounts; the floors 52 or 54; the area 30,000, 77,000 or 79,000 square metres. The architect's page calls it Europe's tallest residential tower at completion, which the register records as a claim, not a fact; the tallest in Warsaw is not disputed.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who wants a settled specification: its own sources cannot agree on how many flats it holds.

23.09.2026 · No country given, run 6 — Warsaw's eagle wing, and three names that would not resolve

Złota 44, Daniel Libeskind's curved tower opposite the Palace of Culture, was begun by one developer, abandoned as a shell and finished by another in 2016. Its own sources give 251, 266 or 287 apartments, 52 or 54 floors, and three different floor areas; the register writes them all.

Reports are catalogued in ResearchCorrespondence and linked to their publishers; the register does not republish them.

Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on

No investment-migration rule has been established for this jurisdiction. The register records nothing it has not sourced.

The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
