The same agency page says *4–8 bedrooms* in one sentence and *4–6 bedrooms* three sentences later. The register carries both and names the disagreement rather than averaging to five. It is a small conflict and exactly the kind that vanishes when one source is chosen for being tidier.

Fourteen standalone villas on the hillside above Kamala Bay — the first branded residential project in Kamala — by Raimon Land, announced in 2022 for a 2024 opening with reservations from 2022. Clubhouse, restaurant, tennis court; in-house butler, chef and housekeepers.

Thailand forecloses the tenure, and the register says so before the price. Foreign freehold is barred; ownership runs through a company or a lease. A villa sold to an international buyer here is not a freehold, whatever the brochure implies — the same rule that governs every Maldivian and Indonesian record in this book.

Who it is not for

Not for a foreign buyer expecting freehold: Thai law does not offer it, and the structure is the product. Not for anyone taking the 2024 opening as delivered — it was announced two years ahead and the register has not evidenced completion.
