KHUN by YOO inspired by Starck

Industrial heritage on Bangkok's smartest street. Sansiri — with BTS Group — built KHUN by YOO on a single rai of Thonglor Soi 12 to a design by YOO Studio inspired by Philippe Starck: twenty-seven storeys, 148 homes, raw cement, stone and copper outside, Arabescato marble and Starck sanitaryware within, landscaping by TK Studio. It was Sansiri's first branded condominium and YOO's first project in Thailand, finished in 2020.

Freehold, within the foreign quota — the plainest tenure the register has recorded in Bangkok, against the leases at Four Seasons, Sindhorn Kempinski and Dusit Central Park. A furnished two-bedroom of 82 square metres was listed in 2026 at THB 31.5 million. It is the fourth YOO project in the register, after Hong Kong, Jeddah and the Cotswolds.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who needs space: the building is designed around small and mid-sized flats.
