The register issues V0 on what the sources agree on — that it exists, under this brand, on this expressway — and carries the rest as a spread. That is the tier working as designed rather than failing. A register that picked the tidiest set of numbers would look more authoritative and be less true.
The substance is real. M3M India and Smartworld Developers announced Signature Residences by ELIE SAAB as the maison's first Indian residential developments, in Noida and Gurugram. Furniture and décor come from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection designed with Carlo Colombo, licensed to Corporate Brand A++ Group and made in Italy — the same designer the Library records at LHL-P-300 against the ELIE SAAB residence programme.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants to compare on numbers today: the published figures contradict each other on almost every material point, and the register cannot tell you which is right. Not for anyone who needs delivery this decade with confidence — possession dates differ by three months across sources and by five years from launch.
