The brand's own material gives two addresses. The residences are marketed as *The Residences at Punta Cana* and as *The St. Regis Residences, Cap Cana*. Punta Cana and Cap Cana are not the same place — Cap Cana is the gated enclave next door — and the register carries the address as Cap Cana.
