Every source the register could find is a booking page, and that is the record. These residences are sold as room types with nightly rates and guest ratings — 8.0 out of 10 on one aggregator, 8.2 on another — with cots and dishwashers listed side by side. No sale price, no unit count, no tenure and no developer is published anywhere the register could reach. The brand's own directory names the property and stops.

So the register records it as accommodation until an ownership product is evidenced. It made the same finding four times before — St. Regis Bali, Six Senses Con Dao, Soneva Kiri and Bvlgari Roma all entered as residence programmes and turned out to be hotel rooms. A residence you can book by the night, with no published way to buy it, is a suite with a kitchen.

The property itself is real and pleasant: oceanfront at 7 Coot Pond Road in St. George, on St. Catherine's Beach, two pools with private cabanas, the St. Regis Spa, BLT Steak and Lina, a golf course, and Fort St. Catherine a minute away. One to three bedrooms, a two-bedroom of 1,410 square feet, three-bedroom penthouses of 2,314 with plunge pools.

And the booking data contradicts itself on the same pages — the same room types appear as 178 square feet and as 1,410, with 17 square metres against a three-bedroom penthouse. Aggregator size fields are unreliable, and the register carries the spread rather than picking one.
